Technical Specifications
The system supports:
1) Automated standard cleaning sequence (including rinse, enzyme treatment, primary and secondary rinses, high-temperature sterilization (80-95°C), instrument lubrication, and drying);
2) Customizable cleaning modes (allowing modification of any step or combination within the standard sequence);
3) Chemical disinfection protocol (rinsing, chemical disinfection, primary and secondary rinses);
The equipment is constructed with 304L stainless steel (minimum thickness: 1.5mm), with the cabin body formed through die-stretching.
The cleaning rack is made of 316L stainless steel, while the exterior decorative cover utilizes 304 stainless steel brushed plate. All materials are accompanied by corresponding certification documents.
The water inlet of the cleaning rack is located on the side of the cleaning chamber to ensure uniform water pressure across each layer, thereby guaranteeing cleaning quality and providing interface photos.
The vertical automated drive lift door is equipped with anti-hand-clamping safety system to ensure the safety of equipment and medical staff.
Automatic bottom-opening doors with front and rear double doors, featuring interlocking mechanisms. Double-layer insulated doors with explosion-proof tempered glass coating, ≥50mm thick, providing soundproofing and thermal insulation.
Extruded tempered glass with coating for explosion-proofing, thickness ≥55mm, sound and heat insulation
Flow rate ≥1300 liters per minute at a head of 7 meters
drying system Noise ≤65dB, dual fan air supply, dual-stage heating system
It has top and bottom spray arms, each spray arm has two spray rods, 360° no dead angle. All spray rods can be disassembled manually without tools.
The PLC control, the automatic fault detection function, the sound alarm function, the strong anti-interference ability and the high stability.
The system displays temperature, time, current phase, runtime, and alarm information, with real-time calculation and display of A₀values and internal hardware status. It visually identifies active components, facilitating maintenance while providing clear insights into the equipment’s operational process and principles. The interface also includes actual display screen photos.
Display: Features a 7-inch touchscreen with 1024×600 resolution and 24-bit color depth, paired with 256MB DDR3+ RAM and 4GB eMMC storage. Certified to EN61000-6-2:2005 and EN61000-6-4:2007
standards, it complies with RoHS requirements for lightning surge protection (±1kV), group impulse (±2kV), electrostatic discharge (4kV), and air discharge (8kV). The device includes lightning surge protection and ensures power loss response time under 5ms.
Security guard
Door motor: When the equipment motor is overloaded, the overcurrent protection switch activates, and the motor stops working.
Circulating fan: When the air pressure is too low causing the air heating pipe to dry burn, the system automatically cuts off the heating power and issues an alarm for fan failure.
Circulating pump: If a fault occurs, the system automatically detects and terminates the program.
The amount of enzyme solution and lubricating oil: when the consumables are insufficient, it gives a prompt;
Heater: The system automatically cuts off the heating power when the
water level is low and the heating tube burns out. It adopts a double heating protection design for greater safety and reliability.
The door anti-pinch device: when the door is blocked during closing, it will stop closing and run in the opposite direction;
Overheat protection: Dual temperature detection. If the temperature exceeds the set value, the system automatically cuts off the heating power.
The bidding equipment has ≥10 pre-installed programs and ≥20 custom programs. Users can edit programs and customize program control names as needed.
Removable spray arms for easy cleaning. High-flow circulation pump.
Multi-stage filtration (inlet filter + recirculation filter) to prevent clogging.
The system features a traceability system for operational process records and alarm logs, with information directly displayed on the touchscreen for real-time monitoring by relevant personnel. It can store complete sterilization records for no fewer than 8,000 sterilization cycles.
Read historical data from sterilization processes and directly export sterilization records to a USB drive for permanent storage.
The equipment passed the cleaning test with satisfactory results.
Disinfection effect
The equipment has been tested for both moist heat and chemical disinfection, with all results meeting the standards. The program can be customized, and the heating temperature should be set within the
Range of room temperature to 95°C.
| Program name | Minimum temperature | Hold time |
| Low temperature | 80℃ | 20min |
| High temperature | 93℃ | 3min |
Identity recognition technology
Users can access the operating system with a password to perform operations.
Supports integration with hospital traceability systems and multiple traceability protocols;
The device’s operational status (including running and fault information) is displayed in a large window for easy monitoring.
Standard 4-layer. Single-layer net dimensions: 585 mm wide, 608 mm deep, 90 mm high
The entire process, including cleaning (enzyme washing), rinsing, disinfection, oiling, and drying, was completed within 30 minutes.
≤22L per step
