Water circulation pump: It adopts German Hanning brand water circulation pump, which has the characteristics of large flow, high flow rate and high temperature resistance, which can ensure sufficient water flow circulation during the cleaning process in the cabin.
High-pressure blower: A vortex-type high-pressure blower with large air volume, high wind speed and strong wind pressure is used to continuously supply flowing air into the cleaning cabin.
Hot air box: heats the flowing air flowing into the cleaning cabin
Air inlet filter: Use a high-efficiency filter to prevent the dry load air from being contaminated by microorganisms
Water heating: Use a high-power electric heating tube. The heating tube has a large contact area with water and the heating speed is fast. It can quickly heat to the set temperature value during the water circulation process.
Water spray system: There are rotating spray arms on each floor. The spray arms have optimized arrangement of spray holes. The designed angle and number can well cooperate with the rapid rotation of the spray arms to achieve the best cleaning effect. The water inlet of the circulating pump is installed . There is a filter to prevent the spray arm from clogging.
Cooling fan: A cooling fan is installed on the top of the machine to better remove the heat accumulated inside the machine.
Water supply and drainage system: Use braided hoses and water-adding solenoid valves, which can withstand normal water pressure and control the amount of water added. Use a drainage pump to discharge wastewater in the cleaning cabin. The unique S-shaped backflow design drainage pipeline prevents the backflow of wastewater.
Circulation pipeline: Use high-temperature resistant silicone tubes to connect the circulation pipeline, and apply glue to the joints installed in the cleaning cabin to prevent water leakage.
Cleaning agent filling: In order to ensure accurate measurement of the cleaning agent, a peristaltic pump is used for filling. A liquid level detection device is installed in the holding barrel to detect the remaining amount of chemical additives in the barrel. If the remaining cleaning agent is insufficient for the next cleaning, a screen will prompt the user to add cleaning agent.
Hatch design: manual double door. When the front door or back door is not closed, the equipment cannot operate, and the display prompts that the door is not closed. When the cleaning program is started and the operator opens the front or back door, the equipment automatically stops running, and The display shows that the door is not closed and the buzzer sounds an alarm. However, the doors on both sides of the sterilizer cannot be opened at the same time to prevent air convection.
Fault prompt: When there is insufficient enzyme, insufficient oil, insufficient disinfectant, abnormal wind heat, abnormal inner tank temperature, abnormal wind pressure, water addition timeout, drainage failure, the front/rear door is not closed, a buzzer will sound, and the machine screen will display an alarm message.
Temperature control device: The temperature sensor adopts PT1000 platinum resistance, with a measuring range of 0℃~200℃
Emergency stop device: Emergency stop devices are installed on the loading and unloading sides of the equipment to enable emergency power outage when the equipment fails.
Timing device: The time of each stage can be set and displayed through the touch screen. When the time is less than 5 minutes , the accuracy is ±2.5%; when it exceeds 5 minutes , the accuracy is ±1%.
